How it works
Step by step, the way your team would
Each step is logged with its reason in your dashboard, and nothing leaves your mailbox until a person approves it.
Read the award
Each award or modification is abstracted: CLINs, quantity, unit price, delivery date, FOB point, inspection and acceptance, packaging and marking requirements and the clauses that matter.
Match it to the quote
The award is checked against the DIBBS Agent's sourcing record (supplier, cost, promised ship date) and any gap in price, quantity or delivery is flagged.
Track delivery
Ship dates go on a calendar with Teams reminders, and supplier ship confirmations are matched to the order.
Prepare the invoice packet
The WAWF combo or stand-alone invoice fields are pre-filled: contract and order numbers, CAGE, pay office, line items and shipment data, with DD250 and label checks and attachment names that follow WAWF rules.
Watch the payment
Payment notices are tracked against the 30-day Prompt Payment standard, interest owed on late payments is calculated, and follow-ups are drafted for you.

We go through your rules and approvers. Your admin runs our Microsoft 365 setup script.

About Award-to-Cash
Does it submit invoices in WAWF?
No. It prepares every field and checks the packet; a person on your team logs in to PIEE/WAWF and submits and certifies.
Does it handle services awards?
It is built for product awards first. Awards with service lines are flagged for a stand-alone invoice prepared by your team.
What does beta mean?
Design partners use it from Q1 2027 alongside the DIBBS Agent, in review-before-use mode, while we tune it on real awards.
Does it ever log in to a government system?
No. No govconagents.ai agent holds your government logins, logs in, submits, signs or certifies. Your team does that with its own accounts.
Where does it run?
In your own private environment in a US region, inside your Microsoft 365 for email and Teams. Nothing is shared with other customers.
