DIBBS Agent

Every DIBBS solicitation screened. Every RFQ drafted. The DIBBS Agent works the DLA Internet Bid Board System for you every morning. It screens new solicitations against your rules, researches approved sources and suppliers, drafts the RFQs, files and reads the quotes that come back and recommends a price. Your team decides, sends and submits.

How it works

Step by step, the way your team would

Each step is logged with its reason in your dashboard, and nothing leaves your mailbox until a person approves it.

  1. Screen the feed

At 06:30 the agent reads the day's DIBBS files and checks every solicitation against your FSCs, price floors, set-asides, AMSC codes and approved-source rules. Each keep or reject comes with its reason.

  2. Research suppliers

For each qualified solicitation it checks the approved sources, searches your supplier list, the open web and marketplaces such as stockmarket.aero with your own login, and verifies contact details before using them.

  3. Draft the RFQs

It writes supplier RFQs in your shared mailbox with your signature, tracks who has replied and drafts follow-ups when quotes are late.

  4. File and read quotes

Quote PDFs are filed against their solicitation, and price, lead time, shipping, CoC, traceability and validity are pulled into your dashboard.

  5. Recommend a price

It compares quotes with DIBBS award history and your markup band, then sets out a recommended bid price and the reasons behind it.

  6. Vet every supplier

SAM.gov exclusions, Section 889 and country-of-origin (TAA and Buy American) checks on every sourced supplier, flagged for your decision.

Questions

About the DIBBS Agent

Does the DIBBS Agent submit bids?

No. It prepares the recommendation and the details; your approver decides and submits in DIBBS with your own login, which we never hold.

What if a part needs drawings or technical data?

It never downloads drawings or technical data packages and refuses files marked Distribution B–F, CUI or ITAR/EAR. It flags the solicitation so your team can decide.

Can it use our marketplace accounts?

Yes, for commercial marketplaces such as stockmarket.aero, using your company's own login stored encrypted on your private server. Government systems are never logged in to.

Does it ever log in to a government system?

No. No govconagents.ai agent holds your government logins, logs in, submits, signs or certifies. Your team does that with its own accounts.

Where does it run?

In your own private environment in a US region, inside your Microsoft 365 for email and Teams. Nothing is shared with other customers.
