govconagents.ai is a service of ALINEDS LLC ("ALINEDS", "we", "us"), 2700 Louis Henna Blvd, Suite 100, Round Rock, Texas. You can reach us at info@alineds.com.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the govconagents.ai website and the people who contact us through it. Data that customers put into their own agent (supplier contacts, emails, quotes) is covered by the customer agreement and our data processing agreement, where the customer decides how it is used.
What we collect on this website
- Demo requests: your name, work email, company, CAGE code, the number of solicitations you quote and anything you write in the form.
- Security checks: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, sent the form. Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser signals to do this.
- Visit statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you.
- We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party marketing tools. Fonts are served from our own site.
How we use it
We use demo requests to reply to you, arrange a demo and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell personal information and we do not add you to marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Where it is kept
Demo requests are emailed to our team in Microsoft 365 and may also be stored in a Cloudflare database. Both are operated in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case the customer agreement applies. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Your choices
Email info@alineds.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We answer within 30 days.
Data in the service
Each customer's agent runs in its own environment. Customer data is used only to provide the service to that customer. The AI model runs on a business API that does not train on customer data. Details are in the data processing agreement and AI disclosure.
Children
The website and service are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
